What are the average calories on the meal plan
The 7 day meal plan average is 1600 Kcal per day - Please note these calories wont be typical for everyone, so you may want to adjust the macros delivered in this plan to ones that suit you and your activity level. (Our coaches can help with this)
Do You Count Carbs or Other Macros?
Our meal plan recipes are all keto approved and designed specifically for maximum ketones by our nutritionists. All recipes also include full nutritional info. Although it’s not essential to track what you eat we do still recommend our beginners pay attention to calories and macros for the best results (full macro calculation and analysis is included in your starter pack)
What if I want to swap certain recipes?
Not a problem! We all have different tastes and we don’t expect that you will use every recipe we provide. Please feel free to ask for substitute ideas. If you want to change some recipes around our coaches are on hand to help with swap outs and adjustments

A keto diet is usually very safe and effective. However, if you have any health issues or concerns please consult with your doctor before starting. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, people with pre-existing liver or kidney issues, hypoglycemics and type 1 diabetics need to take special care before eating a ketogenic diet.
